I am looking for an organic based operation. The 138 acres is currently under conventional feed crop production. A development of 3 or 4 clusters of homes will be built on the property, leaving at least half of the tillable acreage for agriculture. This will be a sustainably designed community with zero net energy homes. The dairy is ready for operation but integrating a CSA into the equation would be ideal (perhaps a third party).
